What are Hall effect joysticks?
Hall Effect joysticks use magnetic sensors instead of physical contact points to detect movement, which eliminates the friction and wear that causes traditional joysticks to develop drift over time. Since there's no physical contact between moving parts, they last much longer, maintain consistent accuracy, and are more resistant to dust and debris while feeling and responding exactly like regular joysticks during gameplay
How long do repairs take?
Repairs can take up to 4 weeks but are usually done within 48 hours
What happens if you break my controller?
If I manage to break your controller during a repair you will be refunded and your controller replaced with either a new controller or one of my refurbished ones.
Do you offer any warranties?
Warranties are offered to controllers in which Hall effect or TMR joysticks were installed. I will fix any sort of joystick drift you get from physically damaging the joysticks within the first 3 months.
Where do I bring my controller?
The drop-off location is near Main Street East and Kenilworth Avenue in Hamilton Ontario, the real address will be shared as needed since it is a residential address.
