Accessibility statement

Everyone should be able to find a repair, check a price and book an appointment, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This page explains the standards this website meets, how it was checked, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Conformance status

This website fully conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Text and controls also meet the Level AAA contrast requirement (success criterion 1.4.6, a ratio of at least 7:1).

It also meets the requirements of CAN/ASC-EN 301 549:2024, Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services, that apply to a website: clause 9 (web content) and clause 12 (documentation and support services).

Accessibility features

  • A Skip to content link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key.
  • Everything works with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, with a clearly visible focus outline. Escape closes menus and returns you to the button that opened them.
  • Text and controls have a contrast ratio of at least 7:1, and links inside text are underlined, so nothing relies on colour alone.
  • Pages reflow to a single column down to 320 pixels wide, work at 200% text size, and allow wider letter, word and line spacing without cutting anything off.
  • Pages use proper landmarks and headings in order, so screen reader users can jump between sections.
  • The booking form has a label on every field, groups related choices, supports autofill for your name, phone and email, and announces available times, errors and your confirmation.
  • The moving joystick graphic on the home page has a pause button, and stops entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Selected choices stay visible in Windows high contrast mode.
  • There are no time limits and no flashing content.

How this was checked

This is a self-assessment completed on October 19, 2026. Every page was checked, and the checks were repeated on October 20, 2026:

  • with the axe-core 4.10 automated checker, against all WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 Level A and AA rules plus the AAA contrast rule, at desktop and phone widths;
  • for valid, well-formed markup (unique IDs, properly nested and closed elements, no duplicate attributes);
  • by hand with a keyboard only: tab order, visible focus, menus and the booking form;
  • at 320 pixels wide, at 200% text size, with the WCAG text-spacing settings applied, and with reduced motion turned on;
  • with the NVDA screen reader, using headings, landmarks, links, menus, the booking form and the price table by speech alone.

Testing used a Chromium-based browser (the engine behind Chrome and Edge) on Windows.

Third-party content and limitations

  • The online booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. It usually runs without asking you to do anything. If it ever blocks you, call, text or email us and we'll book you in directly.
  • Links to Facebook Marketplace, eBay and Google Maps go to sites we don't control, so this statement doesn't cover them.
  • Prepaid shipping labels for mail-in repairs are created by Canada Post. If you have trouble printing or using one, contact us and we'll help.

Other ways to get help

You don't have to use the website to do business with us. You can:

  • call or text 289-748-6245, including through a relay service such as Canada VRS or IP Relay;
  • email [email protected];
  • book, change or cancel an appointment by phone, text or email instead of the online form.

Information on this website is available in another format, such as plain-text email or read out over the phone, on request and at no cost.
