5 · Drop it at Canada Post

Do I have to buy postage or find a label myself?
No. As soon as your order is paid, we automatically email you a prepaid Canada Post label. You just print it, tape it on and drop the package off — the postage is already paid.
Is it really like an Amazon return?
Yes — the process is identical. Pack the item securely, use the shipping label we provide, tape it to the package, and drop it at Canada Post. That's the whole thing.
Do I need a printer?
Yes — you'll print the prepaid Canada Post label at home and tape it to your package, just like an Amazon return. Make sure you have printer access before placing your order.
How much is mail-in shipping?
Round-trip flat rate: $5, however many controllers you send. That single fee covers the prepaid label to us and the return shipping back to you.
How should I pack my controller?

How long until I get it back?
