How mail-in works
Order online, pay, and a prepaid Canada Post label is emailed to you automatically. Drift repair by mail is $35 per controller plus $5 round-trip shipping, however many controllers are in the box. Repairs are usually done within 24 hours of arriving, then shipped straight back. How mail-in works →
Dropping off
Drop-off is by appointment, Thursday to Sunday, 9:30am–1pm and 3pm–6:30pm, in Hamilton's east end. There's no storefront, so the exact address is sent once you book a time. You'll get a call or text when it's ready to pick up.
